Membership Agreement

​This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below by and between CMAG Safety & Defense LLC and Equal Aim Gun Club ("Club") and the undersigned individual ("Member"). By signing this Agreement, Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein and any additional rules, policies, or regulations established by the Club and the United 2A Collective.

1. Membership Benefits

As a member of CMAG Safety & Defense Gun Club, Member shall have access to:
1.1 Training Opportunities: Access to firearm safety, defense tactics, and shooting skills courses.
1.2 Networking Events: Invitations to exclusive Club events, competitions, and social gatherings.
1.3 Facility Use: Access to designated Club ranges and facilities as per Club rules.
1.4 Community Membership: Membership in the national United 2A Collective network, promoting inclusivity and responsible gun ownership.

2. Membership Obligations

2.1 Dues: The member agrees to pay membership dues of $15.00 per month. The dues are non-refundable unless the club terminates the Membership for reasons unrelated to the member's breach.

2.2 Code of Conduct: Member agrees to adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct, which includes:

  • Practicing safe firearm handling at all times.

  • Respecting other members, guests, and instructors.

  • Refraining from any discriminatory, illegal, or violent behavior.

2.3 Compliance with Laws: Member agrees to abide by all local, state, and federal firearm laws. Any violation may result in immediate termination of membership.

2.4 Participation: Members are encouraged to participate in Club meetings, events, and volunteer opportunities to support the club's growth and mission.

3. Membership Term and Termination

3.1 Term: This Agreement is valid for a term of [one year/month-to-month] beginning on the date signed below. Membership will automatically renew unless canceled in writing by either party with a [30-day] notice.

3.2 Termination by Club: The Club reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Member fails to comply with the terms herein, violates Club policies, or engages in behavior detrimental to the Club or United 2A Collective.

3.3 Termination by Member: A member may terminate membership at any time with written notice. Membership dues already paid are non-refundable.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

4.1 Acknowledgment of Risks: Member acknowledges that participation in firearm-related activities involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death, and agrees to assume all risks associated with such activities.

4.2 Release of Liability: Member releases and holds harmless CMAG Safety & Defense Gun Club, its officers, directors, instructors, agents, and the United 2A Collective from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in Club activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4.3 Insurance: Member acknowledges their responsibility to secure personal liability or health insurance covering injuries or damages from firearm use.

5. Photo Release

5.1 Hereby grant CMAG and its representatives, agents, and affiliates the irrevocable right to capture, use, and distribute photographs, video recordings, or other media taken of me (the "Media") for the purposes of marketing, advertising, public relations, education, or other lawful purposes related to the activities and mission of CMAG.

5.2 It is understood that the Media may be used in promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements; on the CMAG Safety & Defense website and social media platforms; in training materials or educational content; and in press releases or other public-facing communications.

5.3 All rights to wave, inspect, or approve the Media, its use, or any accompanying text or captions. I further release CMAG and their representatives from any liability, claims, or demands related to the use of the Media, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or misrepresentation.

5.4 No financial compensation or royalties for the use of the Media.

5.5 All Media taken or created by CMAG or its representatives becomes the sole property of CMAG and may be edited, altered, or used at their discretion.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State].

6.2 Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6.3 Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements related to the subject matter herein.
