1. Shipping Policy
A. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Custom or pre-order items may have extended processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
B. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping times vary based on location, carrier delays, and external factors beyond our control.
C. Shipping Restrictions​

Certain items, such as merchandise or training materials, may have shipping restrictions depending on state or local regulations.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for any restricted items.
D. Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
A. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within [X] days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Firearms, ammunition, customized items, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
B. Return Process

Request a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting info@equalaim.com within the return period.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part).

After inspection, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
C. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error we made.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply for certain returns.

Membership dues are non-refundable
D. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
E. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return eligible items per our return policy.

Membership dues cannot be cancelled once processed.
