Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Membership Dues – Non-Refundable

Equal Aim Gun Club membership dues are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Membership cancellation by the member

  • Inability to participate in club activities

  • Changes in personal circumstances

We encourage all prospective members to review membership benefits and policies before joining.

2. Merchandise Refunds

For details regarding refunds on merchandise, please refer to our [Shipping & Returns Policy]. Merchandise refunds are subject to the terms outlined in that policy, including eligibility, return timeframes, and refund processing.

3. Event Fees & Training Programs
  • Refunds for events, training programs, or classes may be available under specific circumstances. If an event or class is canceled by Equal Aim Gun Club, registered participants will be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 3 days of the event unless otherwise stated in the event terms.
